Return Policy

At Wave Marine Wire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact Andy Harwood at AHarwood@wavemarinewire.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your message. Items returned without an RA# will not be accepted.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags still attached. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Please note that we do not refund shipping charges for returned items unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Please also note that some items may be subject to a restocking fee. If a restocking fee applies to your item, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
